The Site, its design, its text, its imagery, the Zebra Finch Games name and logo, the Rooms Unseen name, and all associated game content are the property of Zebra Finch Games, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks or copyrighted material except as expressly permitted in writing.

Games and products

Games described on the Site — including Rooms Unseen — are separate products, subject to their own end-user license agreements, in-application terms, and storefront terms (such as the Apple Media Services Terms). Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a warranty of release, or a guarantee that any described product will be completed, released, or made available in any particular form or timeframe.

Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zebra Finch Games. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

Disclaimers
