Zebra Finch Games, LLC ("Zebra Finch Games," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit zebrafinchgames.com (the "Site") and how we handle it.

Information we collect through this website

This Site is a static marketing page. We do not operate an account system, a login, an analytics pixel, a tracker, or an advertising SDK on zebrafinchgames.com. We do not set any first-party cookies.

When you load the Site, your browser makes a request to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to download the display fonts used on the page. That request is handled by Google under Google's own privacy terms; we receive no data from it.

Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically logs standard web-server request data — such as your IP address, request timestamp, and user-agent string — for security and reliability purposes. We do not use this data for marketing or profiling.

Information we collect when you contact us

If you email contact@zebrafinchgames.com, we receive the information you choose to include in that email (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message). We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not share your message with third parties except as required by law.

Information collected by our games

Our games are developed separately from this marketing Site and may have their own data-handling practices. Before any Zebra Finch Games title is released to the public, we will publish an in-app privacy notice and a per-game privacy policy explaining exactly what that title collects, stores, and transmits.

Children's privacy

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable commercial and technical measures to protect any information you share with us. No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data-protection law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at contact@zebrafinchgames.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Site itself.
